Submission Rules / Agreement

To avoid confusion, this agreement is written in non-legaleeze. Just ordinary handshake language that both parties mutually agree to hold binding. For exact editorial guidelines you must read and agree to them. Your article submittal will indicate your acceptance of these guidelines.

If you wish to submit articles to Garden.Wize1.com for publication, they must be your original work for which you give Garden.Wize1.com permission to publish on this or other Talley & Associates Web Group web sites.

You will be given full credit for your work, in the form of a personal biography (60 words or less) of your qualifications and a link to your website and or eMail address.

Garden.Wize1.com retains the right to format the article for publication (we want it's appearance to fit into the schema of the publishing site).

You will agree not to send SPAM (UCE) to anyone in reference to your article or the DanTalley.com web site.
(UCE= "Unsolicited Commercial Email").

Your submission can be retracted at any time by submitting a retraction request to Garden.Wize1.com via the Contact Dan form.
